We recently performed maintenance on a property in Cross in Hand. We replaced tiles throughout the property, repointed the chimney stack, removed an additional chimney stack. We also lifted and re-bedded all hips and ridges to ensure the roof remains and durable for years to come.

Rosewood Fascias - Soffits - Chimney Rebuild

We recently completed a fascia and soffit project in Buxted, installing new Rosewood UPVC fascias and modern square blacking. We also rebuilt part of the chimney stack to eroded bricks, enhancing both functionality and appearance.

Flat Roof Renewal

We successfully executed a flat roof renovation in Heathfield. The deteriorated,y boards were completely removed, and we replaced them with new OSB, applying a durable three-layer torch-on felt system to ensure long-lasting.

Loft Extension 

We recently finished a loft extension in Hassocks. All tiles were removed, and a new breathable membrane was installed with treated battens. The original tiles were then reinstalled along with a dry and verge system. Additionally, new Redland concrete tiles were ordered to fill in where the originals ran out.

Flat Roof Extension

​We completed a comprehensive overhaul of the flat roof in Argos Hill. The previous lead installation failed due to tears and inadequate drainage. We installed a new breathable membrane, treated battens, and a three-layer torch-on system to enhance durability. This upgrade improves functionality and provides lasting peace of mind.

Lean-to Slated Roof

We renovated the lean-to roof by replacing the old polycarbonate sheets with slates. To fulfill the customer's desire for natural light, we also installed a Vel window. This transformation not only enhances the functionality also adds a modern touch to the space. Experience the perfect blend of style and practicality.

Chimney Re Build

We tackled a major concern with a chimney stack in Uckfield that had eroded. Our team replaced the damaged bricks with an ideal match, resulting in a restored chimney stack that improves both functionality and appearance. We are committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship in every project.

Golden Rice Bowl Leak Issues 

Recently, we completed essential repairs on the flat roof of the Golden Rice Bowl in Heathfield. The previous roof was failing, leading to water ingress and significant damage, with all edges rotting away and exposing the timbers. We stripped the affected side of the dormer and installed new slates with proper overlaps and coverage beneath the new GRP edges. Finally, we applied a Hydrosil system to the entire flat roof, ensuring a durable and waterproof finish.

Eastbourne 

We have successfully finished a roofing project in Eastbourne, where we carefully felted and battened the dormer cheek before installing tiles that align with the original design. Both verges were stripped and re-laid, and we painted the entire gable end to improve its aesthetic appeal. Additionally, we removed two damaged chimney pots and replaced the compromised flaunching to ensure the chimney's structural integrity.

Golden Rice Bowl Chimney 

The final project of the year at the Golden Rice Bowl in Heathfield has been successfully completed. Our team removed the old cement work from the stack, repointed with high-quality sand and cement, and replaced the flaunching to fix cracks and improve durability.
