We completed a comprehensive overhaul of the flat roof in Argos Hill. The previous lead installation failed due to tears and inadequate drainage. We installed a new breathable membrane, treated battens, and a three-layer torch-on system to enhance durability. This upgrade improves functionality and provides lasting peace of mind.
